Method
- Boil the beetroot in its skin for 50 minutes and the potatoes and carrots for 25. Let them cool.
- Peel and dice the vegetables small. Toss the beetroot apart with a little oil so it does not stain the rest.
- Dice the pickled cucumbers and onion and drain the peas.
- Mix everything with the rest of the oil and salt.
