Law No. 253

Official acts to be recorded in the State Register of Legal Acts of Moldova

Law no. 253 of 22.11.2007 amends several laws on publishing official acts. Legal acts must also be sent to the Legal Information Centre for entry in the State Register of Legal Acts. The law entered into force on 28.12.2007.

Law No. 275

Procedure for validating the mandate of a substitute deputy changed by Law No. 275

Law No. 275 of 13.12.2007 amends two acts: the Code of Constitutional Jurisdiction and the Law on the status of the deputy. The Central Electoral Commission submits to the Constitutional Court the materials on declaring a substitute candidate a deputy. After Parliament declares a deputy's mandate vacant, the Central Electoral Commission reviews, within 10 days, the candidacy of the next substitute on the electoral list and forwards it to the Constitutional Court for validation of the mandate. The law entered into force on 28.12.2007.
