Law No. 217
Enforcement costs and creditor advance payments changed from 18.11.2008
Law no. 217 amends the Enforcement Code: the debtor bears enforcement costs, while the creditor must advance them within 7 days of notice. Some creditors are exempt from advancing, and unused amounts are refunded. The law entered into force on 18.11.2008.
