În Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 1183 din 20 octombrie 2008 "Privind instituirea Agenţiei Sanitar-Veterinare şi pentru Siguranţa Produselor de Origine Animală şi aprobarea Regulamentului, structurii şi efectivului-limită ale acesteia" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2008, nr. 190-192, art. 1189) în pct. 5 al Hotărîrii se vor substitui cifrele "76" şi "837" cu cifrele "55" şi, respectiv, "858", iar în anexa nr. 5 la poziţia "Rezina" cifra "30" se va substitui cu cifra "20".

Enforcement costs and creditor advance payments changed from 18.11.2008
Law no. 217 amends the Enforcement Code: the debtor bears enforcement costs, while the creditor must advance them within 7 days of notice. Some creditors are exempt from advancing, and unused amounts are refunded. The law entered into force on 18.11.2008.
