În Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 689 din 10 iunie 2003 "Cu privire la organigrama şi statele de personal ale aparatului preşedintelui raionului, direcţiilor, secţiilor, altor subdiviziuni din subordinea Consiliului raional" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova din 13 iunie 2003, nr. 116-120, art. 711), în nota de subsol la anexa nr. 3 notată cu "*" cuvîntul "secţiei" urmează a fi citită "direcţiei". În anexa nr. 11, punctul 1 litera d), punctul 2 litera d) şi în ultimul alineat - cuvîntul "secţie" urmează a fi citit "direcţie".

People disabled while clearing up the Chernobyl accident added to supplementary social protection
The law supplements Article 2 of Law No. 121-XV of 3 May 2001. It adds to the beneficiaries of supplementary social protection those who became disabled as a result of taking part in clearing up the consequences of the accident, having been sent on official business trips by ministries, departments, enterprises and organizations. The law enters into force on 01.01.2004.
