La Art. III din Legea nr. 6 din 8 februarie 2018 pentru modificarea unor acte legislative, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2018, nr. 84–93, art.171, care modifică art. 39 alin. (1) lit. r) din Legea nr. 436/2006 privind administrația publică locală, în loc de „mai mare de 5 ani” se va citi „de pînă la 5 ani inclusiv”.
