În Legea nr. 102 din 28 mai 2010 pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte legislative, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2010, nr. 135-137, art. 476, la art. V alin. (1) lit. b) cifra „33” se substituie cu cifra „34”.

Changes to registration of insurance payers and the state register of legal entities
Law no. 127 of 18.06.2010 amends several laws on social insurance, medical insurance and state registration of legal entities and sole traders. Public notaries and lawyers are included among those who must register as medical insurance payers within one month. The law entered into force on 03.09.2010.

The law amends several acts on concessions and public-private partnership. Concessions can be granted by the state and by administrative-territorial units, and the powers of the Government, the Public Property Agency and local councils are redistributed. The law entered into force on 03.09.2010.
