În punctul 1.11 al Hotăririi Consiliului de Administraţie al Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei "Privind modificarea şi completarea Regulamentului nr. 23/09-01 cu privire la autorizarea băncilor" nr. 110 din 16 mai 2002 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, nr. 66-68 din 23 .05 .02, art. 172) cuvintele "şi 17-20" şi "17-19" se vor citi "şi 7-20" şi "7-19".

Annual surpluses of the state social insurance budget may be invested in securities or kept in bank accounts
The law adds a new paragraph to Article 13 of Law No. 489-XIV. Annual surpluses of the state social insurance budget may be used to buy securities and/or kept in deposit bank accounts. The procedure is set by a regulation approved by the Government. The law enters into force on 30.05.2002.
