Changes to the Tax Code on electronic services and export of digital products
The law amends the Tax Code in three ways: confirmation of a foreign recipient for services provided electronically, adding certain computer-related services to the list in Article 111, and removing the requirement for a tax invoice for exported digital products paid by international payment system cards. The law entered into force on 29.04.2005.
